This weeks show... And So I Watch You From Afar
We're happy to announce the release the second episode of our very own audio podcast!
The NI Chart team went to the North coast to chat to Rory Friers of And So I Watch You From Afar! He chats about the band's upcoming gig at the Ulster Hall as well as their new EP. There's also the chance to get an exclusive ASIWYFA designed T-shirt! Rory picks a few tunes from his band and a few of his favourites from Ni Chart.com.
Northern
Visions TV have been producing their weekly music show 'Kick out the
Jams' (in association with AU mag) for almost 4 years now (that's a lot of programmes!) which
features the best local and international artists. Free video downloads
include local acts such as ASIWYFA, General Fiasco, The Lowly Knights
and Duke Special, as well as some international acts such as Biffy
Clyro, The Futureheads, Frank Turner and many more. You can get the
free stuff HERE.
This weeks show... DUKE SPECIAL
Duke
Special, by now, should need no introduction. Currently performing as
the live band in London for Brecht's play, Mother Courage, the Duke
keeps himself very busy. He has released two excellent albums,
numerous boxsets, held his own festival and even appeared on cbeebies
in an episode of Sesame Tree.
Back
in December, he headlined his own show in his hometown of Belfast and
NvTv music are pleased to share the experience with you now. Enjoy!
Bandwidth
is the home of great, local, independent, music videos.
Featuring
promos from A Plastic Rose, The Jane Bradfords, Dutch Schultz, General
Fiasco, Panda Kopanda and others - Bandwidth also hosts awesome live
concert footage and the now infamous 'Bandwidth Sessions' from the likes of The National, Seu Jorge and Fighting With Wire
Kate Walsh takes time out from soundcheck in Belfast to go busking on the streets of Belfast - weather-permitting, of course.
